Delivery Schedule & Information

House of Chocolate prides itself on delivering your order safely and quickly to your intended destination. We will do our best to meet any requirements that you might have although we really appreciate as much advance planning from you to help ensure that your order makes it in plenty of time.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows;

• Auckland City (Albany - New Lynn - Papakura) $8.00
• North Island (outside of Auckland) $12.00
• South Island & Waiheke Island $15.00

• Saturday deliveries incur a surcharge of $5.00
• Rural deliveries incur a surcharge of $5.00

Saturday Delivery

Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed prior to 2pm on Friday.

Saturday delivery is only available in major centres.

International Deliveries

Unfortunately we do not offer an international service as it is very difficult to guarantee a safe journey. 
However, you are welcome to take our chocolates with you on your overseas travels so that you can treat your friends with New Zealands own House of Chocolate delights.

Delivery Timeframe Guideline

• Auckland normally delivered next day
• North Island normally delivered in 1-2 days
• South Island normally delivered in 2-4 days
• Rural deliveries normally take up to 3 days longer depending on courier routes.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date so it is best to order with plenty of lead time.

We take special care in packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, occasionally things don’t go according to plan and if that happens we will undertake to do everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.
