The cake that started it all! Our epic dark chocolate ganache cake is our signature chocolate cake. We've perfected this recipe over the years and we think it's something pretty special. 

A decadent chocolate cake made with real 55% couverture Callebaut chocolate and then layered with chocolate ganache and then topped with handcrafted chocolate shards. Only the finest chocolate goes into making this beauty!

Cakes are available for collection from our Beach Haven Kitchen or for delivery in Auckland only (Albany - New Lynn - Papakura) and allow one working day from ordering to delivery for our standard cakes.
