Here at House of Chocolate were all subject to the lure of quality coffee. Our experience begins with Flight Coffee. Sourced from their direct trade program; Raw Material, the coffee is roasted locally in Wellington, sent up to Auckland, slightly crushed and topped on our signature blend of Callebaut (min)55% Cacao Dark Chocolate. We finish the combo with organic cacao nibs and Marlborough sea salt to pull together the bittersweet flavours.
