Custom branded packaging has a 10 day lead time from when the artwork is sent to print. Custom moulded chocolates take 4-6 weeks due to 3D printing, custom moulding and sampling.
We can turn things around more quickly if required, and we do our very best to accommodate your delivery date. Get in touch with your required date and we can explore what’s possible.

We start by confirming your order and any customisations. If you choose custom colours, you supply your brand colours and we confirm the flavours and designs. For custom wraps and sleeves, our designer can create the artwork for a fee or your designer can supply this. If you have your own graphic designer, we’ll provide a template for them to use. Once the artwork is confirmed, it goes to print.
We will then handcraft your order, ready for delivery. -
For custom wraps and sleeves, our designer can create the artwork for a $200 fee. This includes mock up options based on your brand guidelines and brief and amendments. If you have your own graphic designer, we’ll provide a free indesign template for them to use. Once artwork is complete they can send back to us for printing.

Yes. Send us your recipients’ delivery addresses using our bulk shipping spreadsheet and we’ll ship gifts straight to their doors, with multi-address delivery available throughout New Zealand. We can also deliver to your offices. Single box delivery is $9.00 for Auckland and the North Island, $12.00 for the South Island and $16.00 for rural South Island. Bulk delivery varies by location, so send us your office addresses and we’ll confirm the cost.

Due to being handcrafted we don't have any minimums. Our printing prices are volume dependent, therefore pricing for small runs will be reflective of this.
