Golden Ticket Competition Terms & Conditions


  1. The competition runs from 7th October 2026 until 31 December 2026 or until participating golden ticket marked Wonderfully Wacky Bars sellout.
  2. Golden Tickets: Five Golden Tickets are hidden within participating Wonderfully Wacky Bars. Each Golden Ticket entitles the winner to 52 chocolate bars, representing one year’s supply of House of Chocolate. The prize will be supplied in a single delivery or collection. The selection of bars will be determined by House of Chocolate and is subject to product availability. House of Chocolate reserves the right to substitute products and determine how and when the prize is supplied. The prize must either be collected from House of Chocolate or delivered to a non rural New Zealand residential address. Delivery is available within New Zealand only. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize is supplied in full, upon redemption.
  3. Silver Tickets: One Silver Ticket is randomly placed in every 10 participating Wonderfully Wacky Bars, giving each bar a 1-in-10 chance of containing a Silver Ticket. Each Silver Ticket entitles the holder to one free Wonderfully Wacky Bar of their choice, subject to product availability on the House of Chocolate website at the time of redemption. Silver Ticket prizes must be claimed via the House of Chocolate website. Shipping costs are not included and are payable by the prize winner.
  4. Golden and Silver Tickets are randomly distributed and cannot be requested or guaranteed with a purchase.
  5. To claim a prize, winners must follow the redemption instructions provided on their ticket and provide the required details.
  6. Goldent tickets must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. Prizes must be claimed by 15 January 2027. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
  7. House of Chocolate reserves the right to verify winning tickets and refuse any ticket that is damaged, altered, duplicated or suspected to be fraudulent.
  8. Employees of House of Chocolate are not eligible to enter.
  9. House of Chocolate reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary.
