  • All our cake orders go out on our same day cake courier, which delivers between 12-2pm (business & residential addresses) and 4-6pm (residential addresses). This is an untracked service so please get in touch to query your delivery.

  • (Applies to orders received by 12 noon)

    Auckland normally delivered next work day

    North Island normally delivered in 1-2 work days

    South Island normally delivered in 2-4 work days

    Rural deliveries normally take up to 3 days longer depending on courier routes.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date so it is best to order with plenty of lead time.

    Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday or as per date requested.

    We take special care in packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, we are reliant on our couriers and occasionally things don’t go according to plan and if that happens we will undertake to do everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.

  • Yes all nationwide deliveries are tracked. You will receive your tracking information once your order is picked up by NZ post.

  • Chocolate Delivery Nationwide flat fee of $9 or FREE delivery for orders over $100.

    Cake Delivery Auckland City only is $16.00 - cake delivery is Monday to Friday. (Auckland City - Albany to New Lynn to Papakura only)

    Same day deliveries including all cake deliveries $16.00 (Auckland City - Albany to New Lynn to Papakura only). There are two delivery cycles and delivery is normally between 1-2pm (business & residential) or 4-6pm (no business addresses). Please email us if you require delivery outside of these times (additional charges will apply).

  • Unfortunately we do not offer an international service as it is very difficult to guarantee a safe journey, however there is generally no issues with sending our chocolates overseas via NZ Post. Our products are sealed and with are labelled correctly with our details as the manufacturer.

    You are also welcome to take our chocolates with you on your overseas travels so that you can treat your friends with New Zealand's own House of Chocolate delights.s.

  • We do not accept return for any change of mind due to health and safety. If this is something wrong with your order, please get in touch for resolution.

  • Our chocolate shelf life varies for each product from 3-12 months.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please note that for change-of-mind requests, we can only offer store credit.
