Our white chocolate cake is layered with 55% Callebaut Dark Chocolate Ganache and lemon curd.
Covered with 55% Callebaut Dark Chocolate Ganache and then topped with white chocolate drizzle and freeze dried fruit, chocolate shards, macarons and bonbons. A perfect pairing of dark chocolate and citrus!
Cakes are available for collection from our Takapuna Cakery or for delivery in Auckland only (Albany - New Lynn - Papakura) and allow one working day from ordering to delivery for our standard cakes.
